载流板中半无限裂纹形成瞬间尖端域的应力场

INSTANT STRESS FIELD AROUND SEMI-INFINITE CRACK TIP IN A CONDUCTING PLATE

  • 摘要: 给出了载流无限大薄板在形成半无限长裂纹的瞬间,尖端附近的温度和应力的具体表达式.通过算例表明:在电流所产生的焦耳热源的作用下,裂尖区域处的温度将瞬时升高,并伴有压应力的产生,从而可达到阻止裂纹扩展的目的.

     

    Abstract: The temperature and stress expression around a crack tip in a conducting infinite thin plate when the semi-infinite crack is formed are derived. The example shows that due to the Joule heat, the temperature around crack tips grows and in the meantime compression stress appear so as to prevent crack expanding.
