相移云纹干涉系统及其应用

PHASE SHIFT MOIRE INTERFEROMETRV AND ITS APPLICATIONS

  • 摘要: 将云纹干涉法和相移技术结合起来,实现了基于 Carse算法的相移云纹干涉系统,测量精度可以达到纳米量级而且提高了测试自动化程度;并将其应用于双材料的界面力学问题研究.

     

    Abstract: in this paper, a high precision and automatic method-phase shift moire interferometry has been developed. The displacement and strain fields in the interface region of bimaterial are determined using this method. Experimental results show that in the interface region the shear strain exhibits a high gradient.
