CENTER OF MASS AND MOMENT OF INERTIA MEASUREMENT METHOD BASED ON IMAGE ANALYSIS1)

  • 摘要: 提出了一种基于图像分析的质心和转动惯量测量方法,该方法将图像分析和悬挂法以及复摆法结合起来,通过图像分析提取试件的悬挂线以及试件做复摆运动的周期,从而实现对试件的质心和转动惯量的测量。本方法为实验教学提供了一种方便的手段,能够有效促进理论力学课程的教学。

     

    Abstract: This paper proposed a method of measuring center of mass and moment of inertia based on image analysis. The method combines image analysis with the suspension method and the compound pendulum method. It first extracts the suspension line and the period of compound pendulum movement of the specimen through image analysis, then determines the center of mass and the moment of inertia. This method is a convenient tool for experiment teaching, and enhances the teaching of theoretical mechanics.
