岩石圆环试样对径压缩破坏的数值模拟研究1)

NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF THE FAILURE MODE OF ROCK RING DISK UNDER RADIAL COMPRESSION^1)

  • 摘要: 采用二维颗粒流法,构建岩石圆环数值模型,分析圆环内外径比对应力-应变曲线响应、微裂纹演化行为及破坏模式的影响规律。结果表明:(1)随内外径比\eta增加,应力-应变曲线由单峰特征转变为具有平坦区间的曲线;(2)圆环的抗拉强度随内外径比增加而呈现指数衰减形式;(3)破坏模式随内外径比\eta的增加由径向劈裂向"四扇形"破坏模式演化;(4)数值试验所得到的破裂模式与室内试验结果表现出较好的一致性。模拟结果可为研究者加深理解圆环试样的破坏机理提供参考。

     

    Abstract: A numerical model of rock ring disk was constructed using two-dimensional particle flow code frame. The influence of the inner-outer diameter ratio \eta of the rock ring disk on the response of stress-strain curves, microcracking evolution behavior and failure mode were analyzed. Simulation results show: (1)The stress-strain curve changes from a typical unimodal form to a form with flat interval with the increase of the diameter ratio \eta. (2) The tensile strength of the ring disk decreases exponentially with the increase of the diameter ratio \eta.(3) The failure mode evolves from radial splitting to four-fan-shaped failure mode with the increase of inner-outer diameter ratio \eta. (4) All numerical results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The simulation results can provide reference for the researchers to understand the failure mechanism of ring samples.
