带边缘斜裂纹橡胶板的裂纹扩展研究

CRACK PROPAGATION IN THE RUBBER SHEET WITH OBLIQUE EDGE CRACK UNDER UNIAXIAL TENSION

摘要: 应用断裂力学的方法分析了带有初始斜裂纹的二维橡胶板在简单拉伸下的裂 纹扩展特性. 应用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了二维橡胶板的有限元模型,计算出倾角 为0$^\circ$, 15$^\circ$, 30$^\circ$, 45$^\circ$ 和60$^\circ$ 的边缘斜裂纹橡胶板拉伸试件沿不同方向的$J$积分,得出橡胶板的裂纹扩展方向. 通过有 限元分析得出橡胶板并非沿着初始裂纹方向扩展而是与初始裂纹方向呈一夹角,且随着裂纹 倾角的增大裂纹扩展方向和初始裂纹方向的夹角逐渐减小.

Abstract: The fracture mechanics method is used to analyze crack propagation characteristic of rubber sheet with the oblique edge crack under uniaxial tension.With the application of ABAQUS software, we have founded element models of two-dimensional rubber sheet with oblique edge crack at different angles of 0°、15°、30°、45°and 60°;and calculated the J-integral in the different orientation for the different models under simple tension.The J-integral parameter has been used to analyze the crack propagation orientation. It is shown that the crack propagation orientation isn’t along with the initial orientation of crack but with a certain angle, and the angle is gradually decreasing with the initial angle of oblique crack increasing.
