结构裂纹故障振动检测的小波分析

THE WAVELET ANALYSIS OF VIBRATION DETECTION FOR STRUCTURE'S CRACK FAULT

  • 摘要: 针对结构微小缺陷振动无损检测中难以提取含故障信息信号的难点,以含有预制裂纹的微型汽车驱动桥试件为研究对象,探索了一种采用小波分析和现代谱估计技术,提取结构受瞬态激励作用下,反映裂纹信息的微小弹性波的实验室裂纹识别方法. 试验结果表明,该方法能够较为有效地提高结构微小缺陷振动检测的信号精度.

     

    Abstract: It is difficult to isolate the signal withmessages of structure's mini-faults in vibration detection methods. Thispaper proposes a method of wavelet analysis and modern spectrum estimationtechnology to extract the weakness elastic wave signal that representsstructure's cracks characteristics. For aspecimen with crack, the experimental results show that this method canimprove the accuracy of the crack identification from the vibrationsignal. It willbe used in the non-damage detection technology for mini-faults inengineering practice.
