生物膜纳米管网络的力学与几何问题中的对称

SYMMETRY IN THE MECHANICS AND GEOMETRY OF BIOMEMBRANE NANOTUBE NETWORKS

  • 摘要: 简要回顾生物膜纳米管实验的最新进展,综述(稳定)平衡的生物膜纳米管网络中的对称和拓扑不变现象,揭示平衡生物膜纳米管网络对称性和拓扑不变性的两个源泉:一是微分几何中对称的积分定理,二是能量极小原理和Steiner(最小)树,阐述生物膜纳米管网络(稳定)平衡定理的意义和应用.

     

    Abstract: This paper reviews the new developments inexperiments of biomembrane nanotubes, focusing on the problems of symmetryand topological invariability in biomembrane nanotube networks at (stable)equilibriums. Two origins for the symmetric topology of biomembrane nanotubenetworks at (stable) equilibriums are disclosed: One is the symmetricintegral theorems in differential geometry, and another is the stationaryenergy principle and Steiner (minimal) tree. The importance and applicationsof the (stable) equilibrium law for biomembrane nanotube networks arediscussed.
