鸟巢地基混凝土凝固温度应力分析与控制

ANALYSIS AND CONTROL OF THERMAL STRESS IN CONSOLIDATION OF CONCRETE FOUNDATION OF OLYMPIC STADIUM

  • 摘要: 研究2008奥运工程------鸟巢工程中大体积混凝土的凝固温度应力及其预防技术. 采用有限元法分析混凝土构件凝固过程中的温度应力,并结合实际工程给出了混凝土收缩应变、徐变应变以及应力边界条件的处理方法. 基于对大体积混凝土的温度应力进行数值模拟,对于预防混凝土开裂和超强区的养护措施提出了最佳解决方案,大幅度节省了时间、降低了实测成本、保证了工程质量.

     

    Abstract: The thermal stress in consolidation of concrete is analyzed forconstruction of the National Stadium, the main track and field stadium for Olympics 2008 in Beijing. A numerical simulation of the thermalstress was performed by finite element method, considering thedeformation induced by shrinkage and creep of the concrete. A method todeal with the boundary condition of traction was adopted according tothe practical situation of the stadium. An optimal procedure wassuggested to prevent the surface cracking and adjust the thermal stressof the concrete. This study contributes to achieve lower cost of thedetection, higher efficiency and better quality of theconstruction.
