基于应力测试的汽轮机高导管焊区失效研究

FAILURE ANALYSIS OF HIGH-PRESSURE STEAM PIPES BASED ON STRESS ANALYSIS

  • 摘要: 对125MW汽轮机高压导汽管进口焊区进行了应力测试,从应力角度分析了高导管早期失效的原因,能够为采取防止失效措施、合理设计高导管焊区结构提供参考.

     

    Abstract: In order to take effective measures to avoid the earliercracks in welded area of high-pressure steam pipes of the 125MW turbine, thestress analysis under high temperature was put into practice. The paperanalyzes the causes of cracks based on the experimentaldata, which is helpful for finding out protective measures in the design.
