科学玩具“记忆合金发动机”的动力学分析

DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF SCIENTIFIC TOY “MEMORY ALLOY ENGINE”

  • 摘要: 定量分析了科学玩具“记忆合金发动机”的动力学参数。通过弹性体的弯曲原理构建物理模型,计算出了“记忆合金发动机”的有效转动力矩;并由带传动原理得出了其工作时的角速度、线速度、功率与记忆合金丝的半径、主动轮半径、拨动角度以及倾斜角度所存在的关系。分析了一定的有效转动力矩是“发动机”转动的首要条件。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the dynamics parameters of the science toy the “memory alloy engine” are analyzed quantitatively. Based on the bending principle of the elastomer, the physical model is built, and the effective rotational torque of the “memory alloy engine” is calculated. Based on the principle of the belt drive, the relationship between the angular velocity, the linear velocity, the power and the radius of the memory alloy wire, the radius of the driving wheel, the toggle angle and the inclination angle is obtained. It is shown that a certain effective torque is the first condition for the engine to rotate.
