3D-DIC技术在材料力学弯曲梁实验中的拓展应用1)

EXTENDED APPLICATION OF 3D-DIC TECHNOLOGY IN BENDING BEAM EXPERIMENT OF MATERIAL MECHANICS^1)

  • 摘要: 三维数字图像相关法(three-dimensional digital image correlation method,3D-DIC)是光测实验力学领域的新型测试技术,具有非接触、全场性的测量优势。将3D-DIC方法引入纯弯曲梁应力电测实验,采用动态电阻应变仪和3D-DIC非接触测量系统进行同步测量,直观呈现了弯曲梁表面选定区域的应变场以及弯曲梁应变的分布规律,从实验内容和实验技术两方面对传统材料力学弯曲梁实验进行了拓展。该拓展实验已应用于本校大学生第二课堂创新实验,取得了良好效果。

     

    Abstract: Three-dimensional digital image correlation method (3D-DIC) is a new technology for optical mechanics measurements, which has the advantages of non-contact and full-field. In this paper, 3D-DIC method has been introduced into the stress test experiment of pure bending beam with electrical resistance straingauge method, and the dynamic resistance strain gauge and 3D-DIC non-contact measurement system have been used for synchronous measurement. Through experiments, the strain field of the selected surface area on the bending beam has been intuitively presented, and the strain distribution characteristic of the pure bending beam has been well observed. Comparing with traditional bending beam experiment in the mechanics of materials, the application of 3D-DIC method has expanded both the experiment content and the measurement technology. In our university, the expanded stress test experiments of bending beam using 3D-DIC method have been carried out in the secondary studies, such as students' innovation experiment, and satisfactory results have been achieved.
