基于"专家型"竞赛的航天创新人才培养模式与实践 1)

CULTIVATION OF INNOVATIVE TALENTS IN AEROSPACE BASED ON "EXPERT TYPE" COMPETITION 1)

  • 摘要: 围绕国内航天专业创新人才培养的需求,2009年创办全国空间轨道设计竞赛,迄今已成功举办10届,并探索形成了依托这一"专家型"竞赛的研究生"4C"培养模式。阐述了"4C"模式的内涵,以挑战性专业赛题为牵引,提升研究生创新能力、推动专业课程改革和推动产学研军民融合育人。从紧贴国家需求、培养科学精神、灵活的组织形式和举办专门研讨会等4个方面介绍服务"4C模式"的竞赛组织举措。总结了推进"4C"模式的主要做法和人才培养取得的成效。

     

    Abstract: In the context of cultivating innovative talents in aerospace, the China Trajectory Optimization Competition is held annually since it was established in 2009. A "4C" training pattern for postgraduates based on the "expert type" competition is formed. Driven by the challenging professional competition, it aims to improve the innovation ability of the postgraduates, promote the reformation of the professional courses, and promote the combination of the education with industry-university-research and the civil-military integration. Then the organization methods of the competition under the "4C" pattern include the following four aspects: closely following the demands of the country, cultivating scientific spirit, flexible organizational forms and holding special seminars. Finally, the main measures to push forward the "4C" pattern and the positive results obtained are summarized.
