旋风分离器压力损失及减阻杆的研究

INVESTIGATION ON THE PRESSURE DROP AND REPDS IN CYCLONE SEPARATOR

  • 摘要: 本文介绍通过安装旋风分离器减阻杆前后压力损失及分离效率的测定,了解减阻杆对分离器性能的影响.根据流场测定结果,分析了减阻杆的减阻机理及减阻杆减阻时可保证分离效率的原因.

     

    Abstract: REPDS as a stick for reducing pressure drop stick in cyclone separators has been introduced.Effect of REPDS on the performance of cyclones has been studied by measuring pressure drop and collection efficiency with and without REPDS.The mechanism of pressure drop reduction and the reason that REPDS can maintain the efficiency while reducing the pressure drop has been revealed by the flow field measurement.
