圆环管煤粉浓淡分离器内气固二相流动的数值计算

NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF GAS SOLID TWO PHASE FLOW IN PULVERIZED RING SHAPED PIPE SEPARATOR

  • 摘要: 本文用数值模拟的方法模拟分离器内两相流流场,能成功地确定挡环角度的最佳值和分离环位置的最佳值,对工程应用有一定的意义.给出了气固两相模拟的结果,并与实验结果作了比较,其分布趋势是一致的.

     

    Abstract: Numerical simulating approach was used to study gas solid two phase flow in pulverized ring shaped pipe separator.The angle of densifing ring and the set of separating ring shaped wall were optimized, which was useful for engineering design. The numerical results were compared with experimental results and good agreement was found.
