暴雪后公交候车亭顶棚坍塌事故的力学分析 1)

MECHANICAL ANALYSIS ON THE COLLAPSE ACCIDENT OF BUS SHELTER CEILINGS AFTER SNOWSTORM 1)

In this paper, a force model for the ceiling is established by some simplification. Then, the force conditions of the pedestal column, the connecting tube and the ceiling are analyzed by considering the compression and bending deformations. It is shown that the connecting tube and the pedestal column are subjected to a large bending moment, which needs to be strengthened. Finally, the small size and insufficient strength of the connecting tube are shown to be the direct cause of the collapse accident. In addition, the design defects and the insufficient construction quality are also considered to be the fundamental reasons of this collapse. The research results can be used in the optimization design, the construction and safety management of the bus station, for avoiding the recurrence of such collapse accidents.

摘要: 2018年1月4日,合肥市普降暴雪,望江路沿线多座公交候车亭顶棚坍塌,造成多人受伤1人死亡的严重后果。本文首先通过合理简化,建立了候车亭棚体受力模型;然后,利用材料力学组合变形理论,对棚体的立柱、 连接件和顶棚开展了受力分析,指出了连接件和立柱受到较大弯矩,为候车亭棚体中需要加强支护的部位;最后,通过事故分析,揭示了连接件尺寸过小和强度不足是导致此次顶棚坍塌事故的直接原因,亦说明了设计缺陷和施工质量不足是造成本次坍塌的根本所在。研究结论,对公交候车亭的优化设计、施工和安全管理具有非常重要的指导意义,为避免此类坍塌事故的再次发生提供了重要的借鉴。
