摘要: 基于数字图像相关技术,提出材料破坏过程可视化的实验教学方法,并以混凝土材料为例,介绍该方法在劈拉与单轴压缩实验中的应用及其效果。通过监测混凝土劈拉与压缩破坏过程,分析了该材料破坏模式,揭示了混凝土材料劈拉与压缩破坏机理。应用数字图像相关方法获得试件表面应变场分布,验证了材料破坏机理,并提出适用的破坏强度理论。

Abstract: A visual experimental teaching method for the material failure based on the digital image correlation technique is presented in this paper. Taking the concrete material as an example, this presented method is applied in the splitting tension and uniaxial compression tests. The splitting tensile and compressive failure processes are monitored, and the failure modes are analyzed to reveal the failure mechanisms of the concrete material in the splitting tension and compression. The strain distribution of the specimen is obtained using the digital image correlation method. The above results confirm the failure mechanisms of the concrete material and the applicable failure strength theory.
