电子与光电产品设计中的结构动力学问题

APPLICATION OF STRUCTURAL DYNAMICS IN ELECTRONIC AND PHOTONIC SYSTEMS

  • 摘要: 电子装置与光电设备在许多工业领域和日常生活中都有广泛的应用. 这些产品在装配、运输和使用过程中经常会遭受一定的振动与冲击载荷, 因此振动与冲击可靠性是这些产品设计中必须考虑的一项重要性能. 特别是, 当前新技术日新月异, 新材料不断涌入, 如何在设计过程中分析振动与冲击的效应并采取防护措施就变得越来越重要. 本文概述电子装置与光电设备等产品设计中的动力学问题, 同时也对结构动力学本身提出新的研究课题.

     

    Abstract: Electronic and opto-electronic systems are being used in many different industries. Roughness of these systems under different kinds of shock and vibration during assembly, transportation and ordinary operation is a major concern. Particularly, with numerous new technologies emerging and new materials being used, the evaluation and the protection of electronic and opto-electronic systems against shock and vibration are becoming increasingly important. Studies of the dynamic response of these systems are highly desirable.
